You have the right to cancel your order in accordance to the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations.
A notification of your order cancellation must be made immediately via email to us, quoting your order number and full name, by 4pm the same day an order is placed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us.
Returns and Exchanges
We will be happy to accept returns and exchanges for items returned to us unworn in factory condition within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be offered or exchanged at your discretion.
Delivery charges will only be reimbursed if items are faulty or if the wrong item is sent.
Returning your order by post
We cannot be held responsible for your returned items until they have been received by us, therefore we would strongly recommend that you return items using a delivery service that insures you against loss or damage. However please advise us in advanced in writing, quoting your order number that you are returning the item. Please note that covering the postage cost of the return is your responsibility.

Faulty Items and Wrong Items
Should you find that the item you ordered is faulty, please get in touch with our customer service team and have your order number, your name and address ready. Tell us what the nature of the fault or mistake is and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then make the appropriate arrangements for your request.
