How do I contact customer service?
If you have a question that is not answered on our site you can call Customer Service on the UK numbers 0207 702 4030 anytime from Monday to Friday 10am till 6pm. Alternatevly please send us an email to email@example.com.

If you cannot remember your password, click on the 'SIGN IN' link at the very top of the homepage, and follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD instructions.
How do I find a specific item?
Simply click on either the shopping button and search in the specific department of the product you are looking for, or simply type the designer, or product you are looking for in search and push the "search" button.
How do I know it will fit?
We really try to help you to select the most accurate size to buy. To keep things simple, we have converted the various sizes and created size guide tables which you can find either on the product page or at the bottom of the website.
How do I know what is in stock?
All items shown are in stock. If a size isn't appearing in the size drop-down on the product page, the item is in fact sold out. If you require more info regarding stock level please do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I make a purchase?
Shop by browsing through our departments or searching products on the top navigation bar and just press purchase or add to basket.
What payment methods does fashionsnip.co.uk accept?
At the moment we accept only payment through PayPal or by using your credit or debit cards which are processed through PayPal. However we are working really hard to offer you more options which will be available to you soon.
How will I know you received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your payment has been cleared, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped.
How can I track my order?
UK orders, email firstname.lastname@example.org, we will provide you with your unique Royal Mail tracking number, which you can use to track the location of your parcel live online at http://www.royalmail.com/.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order in accordance to the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us as soon as possible as we aim to ship order quickly usually within one working day. If your order had already been sent, you will have to return the items to us before your return can be fully processed.
How many days I have to return or exchange an item?
We will be happy to accept returns and exchanges for items returned to us unworn in factory condition within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be offered or exchanged at your discretion. However, the delivery charges are only refundable if you had cancelled your whole order within 7 days of purchase or if the item was faulty, in which case a full refund will be issued.
How to return or exchange an item?
We cannot be held responsible for your returned items until they have been received by us, therefore we would strongly recommend that you return items using a delivery service that insures you against loss or damage. However please advise us in advanced in writing, quoting your order number that you are returning the item. Please note that covering the postage cost of the return is your responsibility.
What about if the item is faulty or I receive a wrong items?
Should you find that the item you ordered is faulty, please get in touch with our customer service team and have your order number, your name and address ready. Tell us what the nature of the fault or mistake is and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then make the appropriate arrangements for your request.
